The inbox for real life, mate
wukkas is your annoyingly organised Aussie mate — it captures the bills, subscriptions, trials, warranties and deadlines you'd rather not remember, finds the dates, amounts and the one action that matters, and gives you a nudge before something costs you. No worries.
That means "no worries", mate.
Encrypted & secure
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest on the platform — items, budgets and household data are all protected.
We redact the sensitive bits
AI extraction strips out card numbers, bank accounts, passwords, PINs, full Medicare/passport/licence/TFN numbers and home addresses before we ever store an item.
Card data never touches us
Payments are run by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). wukkas never sees or stores your full card number.
Australian Consumer Law
Our Terms and Refund Policy honour the non-excludable guarantees under the ACL — including refunds for major failures.
Privacy Act 1988 compliant
We follow the Australian Privacy Principles: we collect only what we need, don't sell your data, and respect access, correction and complaint rights.
Your data is yours
You can view, correct, export and delete everything wukkas holds about you — anytime, from Settings.
You're protected — and in control
Your rights under the Australian Privacy Act and Consumer Law — built right in, mate. Serious about your data, easy about the rest.
Export your data
Download your items, dates, amounts and savings at any time from Settings → Your data.
Delete anytime
Delete individual items or your entire account permanently — no questions, no hold-back.
Breach notification
If a notifiable data breach is likely to cause serious harm, we follow the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme and notify you and the OAIC as required.
Complain to the OAIC
Unhappy with our privacy response? You can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at any time.
